The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.241 of 2025, under Sections-191(2), 191(3), 103(1), 3(5), 115(2), 351(2), 352, 109(1) BNS, Police Station- Sujanganj, District-Jaunpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3.
