The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0152 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Dhebaraua, District Siddharth Nagar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however applicant husband of the deceased but on the basis of false allegations he has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He further submitted that actually marriage of the applicant was solemnized with deceased on 25.2.2025 under Mukhyamantri Samuhik Vivah Yojna and after marriage she came to her matrimonial home only on 3.6.2025 and within a month i.e. on 4.9.2025 she committed suicide by hanging. 5.
