The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.1091 of 2025, under Sections 109(1) B.N.S 2023 & Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Quarsi, District- Aligarh. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant has been assigned the role of causing gunshot injuries to the injured. The injury is on the non-vital part of the body and there is no opinion of the Doctor, which may indicate that the same was dangerous to life. The applicant is in jail since 13.11.2025. The applicant has a criminal history of one case being Case Crime No.587 of 2024, under Sections 305, 317(2) B.N.S., 2023 and the applicant has been bailed out in
