The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 1067 of 2025, under Sections- 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 109, 103(1) of B.N.S., Police Station- Baradari, District- Bareilly, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, as per the allegations made in the FIR and the statements of witnesses, a specific allegation of causing firearm injuries to the deceased has been assigned to co-accused Bihari Sohankar, and on the pointing out of Bihari Sohankar, a country-made pistol was recovered.
