The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 168 of 2025, under Section 8/22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and Sections 317(4), 338, 336(3) of B.N.S., registered at Police Station Amapur, District Kasganj, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that co-accused Arvan, Rahees, Sarif, Arman and Suhan have already been granted bail by the Co- ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 12.09.2025, 10.09.2025, 22.0
