The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 01 of 2026, under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.s. Medical, District-Meerut, during the pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case on the basis of two base cases mentioned in the gang chart. The applicant is on bail in both the cases. Learned counsel for the applicant further contends that the applicant has a criminal history of eight other cases. He contends that the cases are all minor cases leveled by the police against the applicant. The only case being Case Crime No. 264 of 2025 under Sections 109(1
