Court No. - 66 HON'BLE SAMEER JAIN, J. 1. Heard Sri Tripurari Pal, learned counsel for the applicant and Dr. S.B.Maurya, learned AGA-I, for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.250 of 2025, under Sections 80(2) and 85 BNS and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Zareef Nagar, District Budaun during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, applicant is husband of the deceased but on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He further argued that actually deceased was highly sensitive and obstinate natured lady and after marriage she became hyper on minor issues and some matrimonial dispute arose between husband and wife with regard to jewellery of the deceased which were retained by her brother and, therefore, she committed suicide by hanging.
