It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is Junior Engineer and it is alleged that applicant has demanded a sum of Rs.8,000/- for submission of report for tubewell connection. It is submitted that amount has not been recovered from applicant and the same has been recovered from co-accused Pramod Yadav, who was caught with Rs.8000/-. It is submitted that co-accused Pramod Yadav has been granted bail by this Court by order dated 24.4.2026 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.6728 of 2026.
