The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 837 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1) & 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Khurja Nagar, District- Bulandshahr, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant has been falsely implicated, though, there is no incriminating material against him. The applicant is not named in the FIR.
