The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.124 of 2024, under Sections- 103(1), 61(2)Ka of BNS, Police Station-Heempur Deepa, District- Bijnor, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The contention of the learned counsel for the applicant is that, upon perusal of the F.I.R., it is evident that specific allegations of administering a poisonous substance have been made against the co-accused, namely Nazreen and Chandani. It is further submitted that, on the pointing out of the said co-accused, tablets of sulfas were also recovered.
