The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.120 of 2021, under Sections 420 of I.P.C. and Section 66-D of I.T. Act, registered at Police Station Sadh, District Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 4.
