The bail applications (instant and connected) have been moved on behalf of the accused-applicants/ Javed and Junaid, respectively, for grant of bail, in Case Crime No. 784 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 118(1), 126(2), 351(3) and 352 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Katghar, District Moradabad, during pendency of trial. 4.
