Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State as well as Mr. Aakil Khan, Advocate who has appeared on behalf of the complainant and the victim by filing vakalatnama along with short counter affidavit which is taken on record. This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicants who are involved in Case Crime No. 205 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 109(1), 115(2) B.N.S., Police Station PGI, District Lucknow. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the daughter of applicant no.1 and the injured solemnized marriage and they have been residing together. The applicants and their
