Court No. - 72 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 463 of 2025, under Sections 8/20 of the N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Behat, District- Saharanpur during the pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He is stated to have been arrested by the police in possession of 320 grams of charas. Learned counsel states that the provisions of Section 50 of the NDPS Act has not been properly complied with. The amount of contraband supposedly recovered from the possession of applicant is much less than the commercial activity. The applicant has no previous criminal antecedents of the NDPS Act.
