Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that applicant is Lekhpal and it is alleged that applicant has demanded a sum of Rs.20,000/- for submission of Kurra to the partition suit. The trap team was constituted and applicant was apprehended with sum of Rs.10,000/- although hand wash with chemical has been made at the police station and not on the spot and other proceedings has also been made at the police station.
