The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 279 of 2021, under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 34 IPC and 3, 4, 5, 6 of Live Chief Money Circulation Act, Police Station Bahadurgarh, District Hapur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that FIR of the present case was lodged against four persons (non applicant) and according to the FIR on the instigation of named accused informant invested Rs.
