Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that FIR of the present case was lodged against four persons (non applicant) and according to the FIR on the instigation of named accused informant invested Rs. Five lacs which has been misappropriated by the company, namely, Niftech Global and during investigation applicant was also made accused on the basis that he is also one of the employee of the company. 4.
