Heard Sri Bharat Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Aasheesh Yadav, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Ashutosh Singh, learned AGA, for the State. 3. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.301 of 2025, Case No.32171 of 2025, under Sections 85, 80(2), 115(2) BNS (corresponding Sections 498A, 304B and 323 IPC) and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Alapur, District Budaun during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, applicant is the husband of the deceased but on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter. 5. He further argued that marriage of the deceased was solemnized with the applicant on 30.1.20
