The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Moh. Asharf, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 67 of 2025, under Sections 85, 109(1), 351(2) B.N.S. and Section 4/25 Arms Act, registered at Police Ghosi, District Mau, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that it is the second bail application on behalf of the applicant and his bail application was dismissed on 1.7.2025.
