The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 705 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 140(1), 312, 109, 115(2), 125, 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 3/5A/8 of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Animals Cruelty Act, Police Station- Pipraich, District- Gorakhpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3.
