List has been revised. 2. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.438 of 2025, under Sections 65(2) BNS and 5(M)/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Ujhani, District Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 3. The instant bail application was filed on 2.02.2026 and none was present on behalf of the applicant to press it on 19.3.2026 and 6.4.2026 and so is the case today. The case is fixed peremptorily today. 4. It is observed by this Court that advocates are not appearing in majority of listed cases that too on multiple dates.
