The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.1043 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 308(2), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station Kotwali, District Deoria, during pendency of the trial. 5.
