The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 24 of 2024, under Sections 123, 305(2), 317(2) BNS and 66C, 66D I.T. Act, Police Station G.R.P. Firozabad, District Firozabad during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, nobody was named in the FIR and according to the FIR while informant was traveling through train then during journey one unknown person by administering some intoxicated item to her committed theft of ATM and subsequently he came to know, by using his ATM card Rs. 1,94,000/-have been withdrawn from his account. 4. He further submits, during investigation applicant has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement and as per allegation from his possession Aadhar card
