None is present on behalf of the informant even in the revised call. 2. Heard Sri Hemant Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajnikant Rai, learned AGA for the State. 3. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.249 of 2025, under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 504 and 506 of IPC, Police Station Civil Lines, District Meerut, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however on 11.03.2026 he sought adjournment to seek instructions whether applicant is ready to return the amount of Rs.28 lakhs to the informant or not but matter could not settled between parties as informant had already lodged two cases under NI Act against the applicant with regard to the disputed amount of Rs.28 lakhs and therefore instant bail application
