The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 246 of 2025, under Sections 85, 326(g), 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S. and 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station- Dumariyaganj, District-Siddharth Nagar, during the pendency of the trial. 4.
