The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.50 of 2025, under Sections 8/21 NDPS Act, 317(2), 317(5) BNS and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Jalesar, District- Etah. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant is stated to have been arrested and a recovery of 650 grams of diazepam is stated to have been made from a black coloured polythene supposedly from the right pocket of the lower of the applicant. He contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated. The applicant has a criminal history of 11 other cases including one case under the NDPS Act, in which he is on bail.
