Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 3. The present third bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 263 of 2020, under Sections - 307, 302 I.P.C., Police Station - Nayagaon, District - Etah, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is innocent and there is no credible evidence against him. There is no independent witness of the alleged incident. Alleged recovery of pistol shown from appellant, is wholly false and the said recovered pistol was not sent to F.S.L. 5. It is further submitted that while rejecting second bail application of the applicant vide order dated 21.03.2025, the trial Court was directed to expedite the trial and
