Court No. - 64 HON'BLE VIVEK VARMA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri N.K. Sharma, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 185 of 2024, under Sections 305(2), 317(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Mansoorpur, District- Muzaffarnagar during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the first information report. The applicant was arrested in Case Crime No. 30 of 2025, P.S. Daraula, District Meerut, under Sections 318(4), 336(2), 336(3), 340(2), 317(2), 317(5) B.N.S., and 3/5 Arms Act along with four co- accused and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Recovery of 40 motorcycle has been shown from the joint possession of the applicant and other co-accused. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery.
