The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail during trial in F.I.R./Case Crime No. 444 of 2023, under sections 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Rupaideeha, District- Bahraich. As per prosecution version, the contraband substance, i.e. 2 Kg 200 gm of charas is said to be recovered from the possession of the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. The alleged recovery is false and planted.
