Wasiq, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in S.T. No. 967 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 0061 of 2025 under Section 109(1) BNS, P.S. Airport, District-Prayagraj during the pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The specific role of causing gun shot injury on the injured has been given to the co-accused Sarvendra Singh and the applicant has not been assigned any specific role. He further contends that case of applicant is at par with the co-accused Jitendra Singh alias Ajay Singh who has been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 2
