Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR No./Case Crime No.280/2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) B.N.S., Police Station Shivgarh, District Rae Bareli. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the co-accused Kuldeep Verma who is the master-mind of the said forgery and received amount in his account of P.N.B. Aliganj, Lucknow has been granted bail by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.3.2026 passed in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No.1550 of 2026, copy of the same has been annexed as Annexure No.7 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application. The applicant is 75 years' old and is languishing in jail since 24.12.2025 having no criminal history. It is further submitted that there is no possib
