By means of this application, the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No. 557 of 2025, under sections 85/80 (2) of the BNS (corresponding Sections 498-A & 304-B IPC) and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Bilgram, District- Hardoi is seeking enlargement on bail. 3. The brief facts of the present case are that on 12.11.2025 an FIR has been lodged under Sections 85 and 80 (2) of the BNS (old Sections 498 A, 304 B of IPC) and under Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act against three named accused persons including the present applicant, who is father in law of the deceased alleging therein that marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized six months ago with Om Pratap Singh.
