The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No.28 of 2026, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Sangramgarh, District Pratapgarh. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, two cases have been shown against the applicant, in which he has been granted bail vide order annexed as Annexure No.3 to the affidavit filed alongwith bail application. Apart from the case(s) mentioned in the gang chart, there is no other criminal case against the applicant. The applicant is in jail since 17.2.2026. It is also submitted that the applicant is ready to furnish an undertaking in terms of requirement of Section 19(4)(b) of
