The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Session Case No. 1296 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime No.172 of 2024, under Sections 498A, and 304B IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Dataganj, District Budaun during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, applicant is husband of the deceased but on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He further argued that actually it is not a case of dowry death and only due to dispute arose between husband and wife deceased committed suicide and in this regard specific averment has been made in paragraph- 17 of the affidavit filed in support of the instant bail applicatio
