The brief facts of the case are that an F.I.R. dated 26.01.2026 under Sections 80(2), 85 BNS (Sections 304-B, 498A, I.P.C.) and Section 3/4 D.P. Act was registered against three named accused persons including the present applicant alleging therein that the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized 4 years ago with Sonu Nath (co-accused).
