Heard Sri Mukul Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rahul Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Rajiv Dhar Dwivedi, learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.335 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85, 351(2) BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Sasni, District Hathras, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is mother in law of the deceased and on the basis of false and general allegation she has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He further submits, postmortem report of the deceased suggests that she died due to hanging, therefore, it appears to be a case of suicidal death. 5. He further submits, even deceased committed suicide in her paternal home and there is delay of 16 days in lodgment of the FIR. 6. He furt
