Court No. - 28 HON'BLE RAJEEV BHARTI, J. 1.Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the record. 2.It is alleged in the prosecution case that on 30.12.2025 at about 9.00a.m. while the complainant was sitting at his door, the applicant along with three others named in the first information report with an intention to kill has assaulted the injured, in which Deepak and Ruchi Maurya have sustained grievous injuries on head and they became unconscious. On the alarm being raised, the villagers came to mediate. The accused persons have fled while hurling abuses. 3.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that general allegation has been made against four accused persons, including the applicant.
