Court No. - 28 HON'BLE RAJEEV BHARTI, J. 1.Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the record. 2.It is alleged in the prosecution case that on 20-01-2026 at about 13:35 the complainant was returning home from Nitin Trades Gola, near Halan Book Depo, in Chhota Hathi UP31 AT 7476. As soon as Chhota Hathi reached near Sarkarpur intersection, unknown miscreants stopped the Chhota Hathi by placing a car in front of it and stopped it with sticks. As soon as the said miscreants got down from the car with sticks, they hit the front glass of Chhota Hathi and damaged it. When the complainant and the driver Brahmadin did not open the door of Chhota Hathi, the said miscreants broke the glass of the windows of both the side doors of Chhota Hathi by hitting them with sticks. While attacking the complainant and the driver, they took away the complainan
