Court No. - 28 HON'BLE RAJEEV BHARTI, J. 1.Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the record. 2.It is alleged in the prosecution case that the accused applicant and six other named persons got an unknown woman to stand in place of complainant's daughter in law who died 12 years ago on 24.12.2013 and got the valuable security registered in their favour for their own benefit. 3.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is the bona fide purchaser. The applicant was not aware of the alleged impersonator. He has got executed the sale deed in his favour after payment of consideration amount.
