The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No.0243 of 2025, under Sections 2(b)(i), 2(b)(xi),3(1) U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Malihabad, District- Lucknow. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, nine cases have been shown against the applicant. In all the cases, the applicant has been enlarged on bail. The bail orders are on record as Annexure Nos.3 and 4 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application. Apart from these cases, there is no other previous criminal history.
