As per contents of first information report, informant's father Ram Anokhe executed a registered sale deed in her favour in two parts in years 2012 and 2014 whereafter she is recorded in revenue records as owner in possession over the said properties but a suit for their cancellation has been filed in year 2012 by one Chhotey Lal,
