This first bail application has been filed with regard to Case Crime No. 02 2021, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 477A, 120B of IPC registered at Police Station- S.I.T., District- Lucknow. 3. As per contents of first information report, during recruitment process by the U.P. Subordinate Services Selection Commission for various posts was held in December 2018 in pursuance of advertisement No.2 of 2018, several candidates including the applicant submitted applications for the post of Gram Panchayat Officer, Village Development Officer and Social Welfare Officer. The examinations were held on 22 December 2018 and 23 December 2018, total of 1953 posts. The allegation is that 136 candidates adopted fraudulent means to cause wrongful gain. 4.
