This first bail application has been filed with regard to Case Crime No.239 of 2021 under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Rae Bareli. 3. Learned counsel for applicant submits that as per gang chart, applicant is shown involved in two cases bearing Case Crime No.24 of 2021 and Case Crime No.340 of 2020 in which he has been enlarged on bail in both the cases as averred in paragraph - 6 of the affidavit and copy of the bail orders have been brought on record as Annexures 3 and 4 respectively. 4.
