As per contents of first information report, incident is said to have taken place on 11th June 2025 at about 11:25 a.m., when the applicant along with co-accused is said to have attacked the informant and his family members and inflicted grievous injuries upon them due to which two of the informant's family members namely Kalam and Arman suffered serious head injuries. 5.
