First bail application has been filed with regard to Case Crime No.0047 of 2026, under Section 109(1), 352, 324(3), 115(2) and Section 3(5) of the BNS, 2023, Police Station Mohammadpur Khala, District Barabanki. 3. As per contents of first information report, incident is said to have taken place on 09.02.2026 at about 07.50 P.M. when the named persons surrounded the informant vehicle and attacked him by illegal fire arm due to which substantive damage incurred on the vehicle. It is also stated that subsequently certain unidentified persons also attacked the vehicle with sticks. 4.
