This first bail application has been filed with regard to FIR/ Case Crime No.42 of 2026, under Section 2/3(1) of U. P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Dhammaur, District Sultanpur. 3. It is submitted that as per gang chart, applicant is shown involved in three cases bearing Case Crime No.223 of 2025, under Sections 331, 305, 317(2) (B.N.S.) Case Crime No.224 of 2025, under Sections 331, 305, 324 (2) and 317 (2) B.N.S and Case Crime No.225 of 2025, under Sections 331, 305, 317 (2) B.N.S in which he has already been enlarged on bail by trial Court vide order dated 08.01.2026 in all three cases respectively, a copy of which has already been annexed. 4.
