By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in Case Crime No. 340-A of 1995, under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 307 I.P.C., P.S. Majhola, District-Moradabad, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant has submitted that the first information report in the instant case was registered in the year 1995, thereafter a final report was filed in the Court. However, the complainant/informant filed a protest petition, subsequent to the filing of the protest petition cognizance were taken against the applicant. Aggrieved by the order of summoning, the applicant moved application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. No. 3782 of 1997, wherein this Court stayed the further proceedings in the matter but the said application U/s 482
