First bail application has been filed with regard to Case Crime No.45 of 2026, under Section 8/21 of N.D.P.S., Act, Police Station Kotwali Bikapur, District Ayodhya. 3. As per contents of first information report, incident is said to have taken place on 03.02.2026 when a police party acting upon information received is said to have raided a particular place and taken the applicant into custody since he was selling smack. It is stated that despite an offer to be presented before Magistrate, the applicant denied the same whereafter samples were taken from 3-4 remaining packets with total of 22 grams smacks / heroine being recovered.
