By means of this application, the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No. 215 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238(A), 3(5) B.N.S, Police Station Raunahi, District- Ayodhya is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. The brief facts of the case are that on 16.06.2025, an FIR has been lodged under Sections 103(1), 238(A), 3(5) of the BNS (old Sections 302, 201 and 34 IPC) against four named accused persons alleging therein that the brother of the informant, namely Sahil (now deceased), had left the house on 13.06.2025 at about 10:00 a.m. When he did not return till late in the night, the informant and other family members started searching for him.
