This first bail application has been filed with regard to Case Crime No. 0559/2023, U/S-420,120B,409,467,468,471 Indian Penal Code, Police Station-Vibhuti Khand, District Lucknow. 4. As per contents of the first information report, allegation levelled is that nominated persons defrauded the informant of an amount of rupees 60 lacs for the purpose of securing two seats in NEET PG and on such false premise, amounts were transferred into the account of Sarswati Mal Educational and Charitable Trust amounting to rupees 35 lacs and 10 lacs in the account of S.S. Group Education with 15 lacs being paid in cash to the nominated persons but when the resu
