Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for State. 2. First bail application has been filed by the applicant under Section 483 BNSS with a prayer to enlarge applicant on bail in FIR No. 242/2025 under Sections 87 and 137(2) BNS, Police Station Maigalganj, District Lakhimpur Kheri. 3. As per contents of First Information Report, the incident is said to have taken place on 20.01.2026 at 5.00 P.M. when the applicant allegedly enticed away the minor daughter of informant. 4. It is submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated on allegations levelled in FIR on account of family dispute and in fact he is real son-in-law of informant.
